To enroll in any of our programs, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Send an email to email@example.com with a copy of your picture ID and a copy of your referral from the Court, Probation, or DCFS social worker indicating which program you need to complete and the number of sessions needed. (If sent by the Court, please make sure that your referral includes the Court division or department & your case number. If sent by probation or DCFS, please make sure your referral includes the name and contact information of your probation officer or social worker and your case number.)
Step 2: Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact you to give you further instructions on how to pay your enrollment fee and sign intake documents.
Step 3: Once the enrollment fee is received and all documents are signed, we will schedule a phone appointment with one of our counselors to complete an interview that will determine if our program will be able to fit your needs and agency requirements.
Step 4: If accepted, we will email you your class link and proof of enrollment.
